Custom solutions for wastewater

enclosure for wastewater facility

Reduce engineering and installation costs with a custom engineered blower room, built to specification for the most demanding and challenging installations. These complete systems are designed for exceptional reliability, simple maintenance, and superior energy efficiency no matter what the installation limitations may be. They eliminate space, weather, and accessibility constraints and can significantly reduce construction, installation and operating costs.

Blower system for sludge tank aeration

This custom engineered solution is one of two all-weather, turnkey blower systems for a wastewater treatment facility in rural Kansas. It is 34 feet long, 11 feet wide, (11.7 feet with louvers) and 10.5 feet tall. It was transported and installed as a complete system requiring minimal site preparation. Due to the remote location, this solution was faster and easier to commission than building a blower room, and created cost savings for both the contractor and the operator.

This rotary lobe blower system will be used for occasionally aerating two sludge holding tanks. The tanks vary in depth so the blowers are hard-wired to a 4-20mA speed signal that allows them to adjust with tank depth and/or oxygen level. Each blower is sized to meet the needs of one sludge tank, with the third blower available as back-up for either of the other two.
